An Italian table, hosted in Southampton
The kitchen is unapologetically Italian: hand-rolled pasta, slow-braised meats, lemons and capers, and the kind of olive oil that tastes of the field it came from. The menu changes with the season and the catch.
Above the kitchen, twenty boutique bedrooms set into the first floor of a Victorian warehouse on the old city walls. Quiet, hosted properly, and a short walk from anywhere worth being in Southampton.
